NFL Flag Football Information

• Included With Registration: Every player receives an official NFL FLAG team jersey, shorts, and a set of flags — everything they need to look and play like a pro! (NFL Flag Size Chart - CLICK HERE)

• Location: All practices and games will take place at Whitney High School, rain or shine, unless extreme weather or other unforeseen circumstances arise.

• Season Schedule (DAYS): Our winter session season runs on Sundays in January, February (except on Super Bowl Sunday games will occur on Saturday), and March. Final scheduling will be confirmed in late December, and all schedules will be posted and emailed to registered participants. The winter 2027 season runs from January 24th to March 14th. 

•  Practice and Game Format (TIMES): Each team will practice one hour before their scheduled game every Sunday. Preliminary time blocks are as follows:
  
  
  • Practice: 9:00 AM and Game: 10:00 AM - Kindergarten/1st Grade 
  • Practice: 9:00 AM and Game: 10:00 AM - 2nd Grade 
  • Practice: 10:00 AM and Game: 11:00 AM - 3rd/4th Grade
  • Practice: 11:00 AM and Game: 12:00 PM - 5th/6th Grade
  • Practice: 12:00 PM and Game: 01:00 PM - 7th/8th Grade
  
  
• Team Structure: Each team will consist of a maximum of 10 players and be led by both an adult coach and a student coach, ensuring skill development, fun, and mentorship from every angle.

• Season Fees: Our full-season cost is $250 — a lower price point than many comparable programs, and that includes official NFL flag jersey, shorts, flags, coaching, field usage, and all league operations. We are the only officially approved NFL Flag program in the city of Rocklin.
