Tiffiny Feuerbach – Co-Founder & Managing Partner

Tiffiny is a lifelong athlete and educator with a heart for developing young people through sports. A standout three-sport athlete in high school, she went on to achieve her dream of playing Division I softball at the University of Texas at Arlington, where she pitched at the collegiate level. With over 25 years in public education, Tiffiny has coached a wide range of high school sports and continues to be a driving force in youth development. Her experience, leadership, and passion for student-athletes bring energy and purpose to everything we do at D2B.

Jason Feuerbach – Co-Founder & Managing Partner

Jason’s journey in sports began on the football field, where he played in high school and went on to pursue his dream of playing college football at UC Davis. After a career-ending knee injury, his focus shifted to coaching — and a passion for teaching life through sports was born. With over 20 years in public education and a deep commitment to character-building through athletics, Jason believes youth sports are one of the most powerful tools to teach discipline, leadership, and resilience. His mission is simple: help young athletes grow into confident, capable young men and women.
